Free: any 3 of 12 modules#
The Free plan costs $0 and has no time limit. Keep any 3 free modules active at once, and switch them as your needs change. Order Change History, Customer Change History, Cart History and Discount Rules require Premium.
What counts toward usage#
An order counts once per billing cycle when Order Change History records it as placed or changed, or Cart History ties it to a recorded cart. If both see the same order, it still counts once. Repeated edits do not each add a billable order. Carts that never become orders, discount activity and the other modules do not count. Usage is not counted during the free trial.
Graduated usage rates#
Each rate applies only to orders within that tier. Usage is added to the $9.99 monthly base price.

Manage your plan#
Use Toolbench’s Plan page to review or change your plan. Shopify handles approval and billing on your regular invoice. Returning to Free pauses Premium modules and modules beyond the free allowance; changing plans does not erase saved data. Review which modules remain active after changing plans.
